Dior Addict’s Maxim’Eyes Package

The stylish packaging for Dior Addict’s Maxim’Eyes full-volume, multi-dimensional mascara is the result of the collaborative efforts of four Techpack subsidiaries.

The cap, manufactured by MT Packaging, includes four parts: the gilded dome (a Dior Addict signature), a blue cap, the brush holder and the brush. The dome is finished to gloss gold perfection by SFG. The mascara barrel and brush are custom made for Maxim’Eyes by Henlopen. All parts are expertly assembled by Techpack.

Colgate-Palmolive Taps AGIKlearfold and Inwork for Simply White Project
Colgate-Palmolive called on Inwork Inc. for its proprietary “Tools for Design Management” to help bring all the various elements of the Simply White product launch together—on time.

Inwork assisted with coordination of the graphic issues, helping to maintain consistent communication with AGIKlearfold and Colgate-Palmolive, providing prototypes and sales samples that were later duplicated in mass production.

Boom! Scores with NFL Line
Boom! Creative Development, a New York City-based marketer, is the exclusive National Football League personal care products licensee. Boom! turned to CCL Container for the brushed-aluminum cans used in its line of NFL-branded men’s grooming products. CCL’s brushed-aluminum can is consistent with the line’s silver theme. The antiperspirant is housed in a silver plastic container and some of the new products, slated for introduction next year, will be in silver plastic tubes.

The cans are decorated with NFL team logos specific to the region in which the products are distributed. The kits include shave foam, antiperspirant and football-shaped soap.

Parlux Relies on Rexam for Pumps and Actuators
Parlux Fragrances chose pumps and actuators from Rexam Dispensing Systems for its Perry Ellis Perry Woman and Perry Man packages. Rexam’s low profile (LPP) crimped pumps fit the women’s EDP and men’s EDT 30-ml, 50-ml and 100-ml sizes. Rexam also produces the pump and actuator for the scents’ 1/4 oz. sampler.

Rexam matched the shiny silver-colored band on the outside of both packages with a bright shiny collar around each spray’s actuator. Inserts in the pump orifices of both fragrances are also customized by Rexam to complement each color scheme.
